Our toggenburgs started the fall of 2004, when the Bevaart's began selling their toggs due to Kayla's
college schedule. We started with a dam and daughter pair, 9 year old Faith, and doeling, Freedom. Faith
then proceeded to get her first GCH at that show, also going BDIS. The following year we were able to finish her
GCH, at 10, and at 12 she appraised 89EEEV. She was an amazing doe. The Good Shepherd took her home as a
13 year old. The daughter, Freedom, we were able to finish and appraise at 90 EEEE. Not a bad start into toggs.
We thank the Lord for the added variety they have given us, and their sweet personalities.
Although we aren't hard and fast on working with purebreds, since our toggs are purebred, we
will try to keep them that direction, thus being able to offer breeding/show stock & bucks to purebred and american
breeders.

Freedom came to us as a kid with her dam, as mentioned above. She is a LARGE strong doe, with beautiful breed character,
uphill with nice topline, beautifully shaped and attached mammary, and very nice dilineated, proper shape and length teats.
We are hoping she will breed for 2010 kids, from Samuel. We do have a milky daughter, You R Free, in the herd.

Virtue is our oldest toggenburg carrying our herdname. Her temperment is wonderful, such a sweet doe.
Her topline and dairy character really are amazing. Her mammary is even more amazing and packed with milk.
Now at 4 she is trying to go well over 3000#'s of milk. We have kept her son, Zabulon, for our new jr herdsire.
2010 kids are planned from Samuel. We do have semen from her sire in our tank, available for sale.

Beauty has some pretty big shoes to fill, but is a sound, pretty young doe with a nice mammary and is ez to milk.

My husband packed "Dinky" around everywhere on the farm as a kid- his pet toggling. She even ran up to him &
stuffed her head in his neck for a hug one day. Her barn name is due to her being the last kid born for the year, not
her size, she is tall and long, with a great temperment. Her appraisal shows how nice she is, we are so
pleased to have her.

"Lonnie" is long, has his dam's identical topline, carries in strength from Rascal, yet, dairy, sharp
and flat boned, amazing rib spacing, and just overall a very correct guy. We were hoping for him,
having sold his sire while he was in Utero. His temperment is very sweet & calm and easy to work with.
We are very excited to use him in our linebreeding program. We believe he rivals our lamancha buck,
Valiant, in correctness. His only show out, to our surprise, he took several adga ribbons. We thank
the Lord for him.

Samuel is a pretty buck from a very pretty doe- we think one of the best in the Waiilatpu herd.
He is linebred on Whintin. We are counting on him to add more depth to our pedigrees and to keep us from getting too
related by using Zabulon for linebreeding. He's got a wonderful, easy to work with temperment. He has not yet
been shown as we had him leased out in 09 during show season... We have a simply lovely 2009 Juno daughter from him,

Pegasus has a solid lineup behind him. Though we could hardly use him when we had him-
only had 2 to 3 does, our first daughter has been an amazing success, see several time Best Udder in Show
and Best Doe in Show winner, All American winner, Virtue, in our herd. He has been most consistent in giving beautiful
udders with dilenated and often better placed teats than their dam's. Though you can't see his feet and pasterns
in the photo, they were nice.
