Ok Ok! We give.... If they are in our herd they are 'one of our favorite does" or
they wouldn't be here :O). We expect that each one has genetic value in improving the lamancha breed- something we strive
for in our breeding program.... Temperment is also very important to us and we have repeatly received compliments (and
repeat customers) on the temperments of the Fir Meadow stock...

Mel's claim to fame is her near perfect E mammary w/ tons of attachment as well as her size,
strength and correctness combined with grace. She also excels in rump and back, and her ability to pass on beautiful
qualities to her children. She has 13 BOB now! Our favorite 2004 comment was a judge saying that they felt
like they were judging a lamancha nationals, then after awarding Mel her BOB asking if she could take her home.
She was awarded GCH at our prestigious Western Washington Fair in '03. For 2003 she milked: 4-0 258 2325 82
fat 80 protein. Mel continues to improve in milk and appearance with each passing year. Her daughters tend
to outmilk her. We have daughters Vivace and With Rejoicing. Mel did not breed for 08 kids.

This is a BEAUTIFUL strong and tall correct rumped doe with wide leg sets and open to the rear- she definately takes after
Melody, but you can see Monsoon's influence as well. She really suprised us pulling RGCH already as a yearling!
Her milk record is: 0-11 288 1690 3.8 65 3.1 53. She has an extremely high and wide rear udder, and her
fore blends flawlessly into her body making it hard to tell where the udder stops and body starts....

Whiskey is long, tall, dairy, and has an amazing rear udder on her. She is a testimony to the
Rocky Run herd and the breed, being a 5th generation GCH doe with a GCH full sister. She nearly died
from a black widow bite to her udder in 06, but continued milking from one half- she shifted her production
to the good half. The damaged half came back ok. First test in '08 14 days 11.0 lbs. We are

Lovable, huggable, quiet temperament! Tall and upstanding, long bone patten with one
of the widest rear udders in the show circuit. And she milks: 4-0 3166. She appraised E on shoulder assembly, rear
legs, back & rump on younger appraisals. Her 2007 5yo appraisal is after she lost a lot of weight from a mycotoxin
(moldy sunflower seed) poisening. Our appraiser said if we could have gotten the weight on and had her scored a couple
months later he could see her at 90... We plan to try again next year :O). She is holding up well though milking

Rosie is linebred on GCH Lucky Star's C Hermia LA 90 EEEE. She
is stylish, smooth blending, correct with amazing rib spacing, and pretty on the move. Such a beautiful mammary
that she went RGCH her first time out as a first freshened 2yo & started her 07 show year with her 4th RGCH,
this time behind Shekkinah. She is very high to the rear with a nice arch, beautiful shape, correct teats and nice
forward blending udder held with lots of attachment. She is a consistent
milker and at 5 has milked 11.7 on test in April. An '06 daughter has gone GCH (also RGCH) for her dry leg
at the D7 lamancha specialty.... Unfortunatley we need to cut back our herd and that means some milkers, so

"Kiney" had 06 off due to a mild uterine infection that we were able to successfully treat,
but she has blossomed now as a 4yo in '07 and is milking good- 10.1 being her May test. She has been a very consistent
milker with a slow curve, so I expect her to have nice final numbers this fall. Shekkinah
is a long & powerful beautiful uphill doe with an awesome topline and front end & plenty of strength
and correct leg placement- reminds me of Melody a lot though unrelated. Her mammary is also lovely in shape, attachment
and teat size/shape/dilineation. Her first show out this year (07) she captured both rings with GCH/BOB/BUOB and
the judges (Tricia Walker and Karen Senn) spoke very highly of her. We're very proud of you Kiney, we knew you could
do it! Our appraiser (07) said that she is right on the edge of 90- she is still milking off that weight from last year
